For some time, we've said our mission was to help companies create cultures that rock, which fits nicely with our brand, but that didn't give me butterflies in the stomach. Leaders don't get a lot of feedback at work, at least not from their direct reports. I know how hard it is to give feedback to a manager - I've been there - and can't imagine how hard it can be to give feedback to the CEO of the company[1], the role I'm currently in at Qulture.Rocks.
